Eligibility conditions
- The applicant must be a resident farmer of Bihar and must have a valid Farmer Registration Number on the Agriculture Department DBT portal to apply under this scheme.
- Both land-owning and tenant/sharecropper farmers can be eligible, but they must actually be cultivating notified Rabi crops in the concerned season and have suffered loss verified through the official process.
